About these terms

These terms govern your use of the game provided by Redfox Gaming & Hosting Inc., a Canadian game studio. By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. The game is for players aged 13 and up; if you are not old enough to enter this agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf.

Your licence to play

On Apple devices, your licence to use the game is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, as explained below. On Android, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game for personal, non-commercial play, subject to these Terms and Google Play's terms. You may not copy, sell, sublicense or distribute the game, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits.

Accounts

An account is created on first online play. Optional Apple or Google sign-in can link your access to that provider. Keep access to your account secure and do not share or sell it. You are responsible for your use of the account, subject to any protections provided by law. See our privacy policy for account information, export and deletion.

Virtual currency and items

Virtual currency and items are licensed for use within the game. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable outside features the game provides. They are not refundable except as applicable law or the store's rules require.

When random paid items are offered, their odds are shown before purchase. Some countries do not sell these items; availability follows the store country. Do not bypass those restrictions.

Purchases

When purchases are available, Apple or Google processes them under the applicable store's payment rules. Review the product and price shown by the store before confirming. Refund rights and requests follow applicable law and the store's rules. We do not receive your payment card details.

Fair play and anti-cheat

Do not cheat, use bots or modified clients, exploit bugs, interfere with servers or manipulate duel results. We use anti-cheat signals to compare what a phone reports with what the server observes, including timing and lag. Report suspected exploits to hello@redfoxgaming.ca.

Computer-controlled opponents and ghost duels

Some opponents are computer-controlled characters. An absent player's character may duel other players while that player is away; these are ghost duels, and the absent player is told afterwards. A duel does not necessarily mean another person is playing live.

Player names and conduct

When player names are available, your chosen name is public in the game. Do not use names that are offensive, hateful, threatening, impersonate someone else or violate another person's rights. A moderator may reset an offensive name, and you can report names in the game. Do not harass other players or misuse friend requests, gifts or challenges. There is no chat; taunts are preset phrases.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access for a breach of these terms, including cheating or abusive conduct, or when necessary to protect players or the service. We will act reasonably and respect any notice, explanation or remedy required by law. Contact support if you believe a restriction is a mistake. You may stop playing and delete your account at any time. Termination does not remove statutory rights, including any applicable refund rights.

Our content and intellectual property

The game, artwork, sound, text, software and studio marks belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Your licence to play does not transfer ownership of that content. Do not use it beyond this licence without permission or a right provided by law.

Disclaimers and limits

We work to provide a functioning game, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided as available without additional warranties beyond those required by law.

To the extent applicable law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights under applicable Canadian provincial consumer protection law. If a limitation is prohibited where you live, it does not apply to you.

Apple licence and supplemental game terms

On Apple devices, the game is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms add the game's own rules, including accounts, virtual currency and items, fair play and conduct, and apply alongside Apple's Standard EULA. On Android, these Terms apply alongside Google Play's terms.

Governing law

The laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal Canadian laws govern these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other rights under the laws where you live. This choice of law does not deprive you of protections that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms as the game or legal requirements change. We will publish revised terms with their effective date and provide any notice or consent process required by applicable law. Mandatory rights continue to apply.
